Optional, but recommended, a free trial class is a chance to check out our facility and meet our coaches and community prior to parting with any of your hard-earned cash! Athletes can drop in to any of our scheduled STRENGTH group classes. If you’ve attended coached Powerlifting sessions regularly for more than 6 months, you will be able to fully participate in the session; if you’re new to weightlifting, you’re welcome to observe, meet us, and ask us any questions you might have.

Our private intro course is a set of three one-on-one sessions with a member of our coaching staff. It is designed to teach you the basics of Powerlifting, ensure that you are moving safely, and set you up for success in our group classes.

Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of fitness level do I need to start?
There is absolutely no minimum fitness level required to begin training with us. You just need the intention to give it your best, and the ability to set aside your ego and work hard. Clear eyes, full hearts. That’s it.
Can I cancel at any time?
All of our monthly memberships auto-renew for convenience, but the commitment is month-to-month. We don’t do contracts: you can cancel at the end of any month.
Can I skip the intro course?
Existing Powerlifters who have been taking class regularly at another location for at least 6 months may proceed directly to group classes.
Is Powerlifting dangerous?
In short: no more than any other physical pursuit, whether it’s running, playing soccer, or even yoga! There is an inherent risk to participating in any physical activity, and injuries do sometimes happen. However, the benefits of physical activity far outweigh the risk of participation.
We are dedicated to keeping our athletes safe. Our coaches are always keeping a close eye on form and making sure everyone is moving well. We are not a “no quitting” gym: if something hurts or is otherwise wrong, we will pull you out of the workout.
Our coaches strike the difficult balance between pushing athletes who need motivation, and pulling back athletes who are pushing themselves to the point of injury.

Yes! We offer a 10% discount to the following athletes —

Family Discount (10% off each additional family member)
