GROUP CLASSES
We run a limited number of group classes that can be taken in combination with private sessions, or as a stand-alone program.
STRENGTH
Our powerlifting class focuses on strength and technique for the deadlift, back squat, power clean, and bench press. Each class runs 90 minutes, and includes 2-3 major lifting components, an accessory portion, and an optional brief conditioning piece.

Our class memberships are run through our sister gym, CrossFit Virtuosity. When you click to join, you will be redirected to the CFV membership system.
