Our Drop-In Policy
In order to maintain an excellent experience for you and for our regular members, we ask that visitors attend classes appropriate to their experience level.
If you’ve been attending coached Powerlifting or Olympic Weightlifting sessions regularly for more than 6 months, you’re welcome to drop in to any of our Strength or Olympic Weightlifting group classes.
If you have less than 6 months of Powerlifting or Olympic Weightlifting experience, you’re welcome to schedule a private session, or stop by and observe a group class.
If you’re a nationally ranked Powerlifter or Weightlifter who would like to drop in, please e-mail us to make training arrangements at firstname.lastname@example.org.
